Here are a couple of the driver side. I just made a cardboard template and had them burned on a table. At one time I had a set for sale but I have no idea where they went. I just added some small flat plate gussets I bought from DIY4X.
Looking at VTBlazer's pics is exactly what will happen if you do not reinforce the back of the frame if you wheel your truck, mine just sits in the garage so I did not reinforce the back of my frame. Ironically I did box my entire frame from the transfer case back and plate the inside at the large bend mid way back in the bed area but left this area up front alone . I got in a hurry to get it to powdercoat.
