My 71 C 10 is factory disc/drum but I have installed rear disc on it now. All the parts are still in tact from the factory except rear brakes. The ramp truck was manual drums up until I added the booster. I used the same mounting hole for it on the brake pedal.

After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.
