You could run it all down that side but generally there’s already a bunch of stuff in the way.
Brake lines, trans linkage, brake prop valve, steering bolts.
Down pass side not much to work around.
You can bundle feed and return togethor too.
Across the front could be a safety hazard too.
Not a lot of structurally strong framework to protect the lines.
Are you using a return style regulator?
