Well, I finally got around to it.
One thing to consider, measuring from the top of the spring plate or spring pack to the frame would vary with the thickness of the spring pack, and spring pack thicknesses
WILL vary between manufacturers and vary with the height of the lift. For example, the factory spring pack, a 2 inch lift spring pack, and a 4 inch lift spring pack may all measure different thicknesses.
So I measured from top of axle tube to bottom of frame and this is what I have:
Front 13.25” +/-
Rear 12.5” +/-
This is a 1972 K10
Tuff Country 4 inch lift
Tires are 35 x 12.50
Wheels are 15 x 8
