Time for an update! It's only been almost two months.
I've got the chassis totally broken apart and blasted:
Frame:
Rearend:
Crossmember:
Control Arms:
I've also ordered a ton of parts:
All MOOG front end components:
I ordered 5 lug axles from Amazon. Don't have a picture of those.
Next step is to POR15 all the blasted stuff. I did a trial run on my drop spindles and was happy with the outcome. I will have some time off next week so I'm hoping I will get most of the painting done then.
My goal is to have a rolling chassis by the end of the year. I think that is very obtainable and will keep working towards that.
