"Off road park" is in Texas. Last I checked, in places like Colorado and Nevada, you can just go off roading anywhere (I mean, tread lightly of course, and probably don't make new trails) because it's all public domain. In Texas, every square inch is privately owned so you have to find a park to play in, you can't just go anywhere you see cool trails.
