Easiest is to re-drill what you have. Next easiest would be upgrade to light duty 81-87 spindles and use 90 Camaro 1LE rotors, with new axles out back and redrill the drums. Beyond this, CPP, Mcgaughys, wilwood, etc offer car pattern brake kits.

Oh, I almost forgot, check out performance online. They have a bracket/kit that will bolt to your drum spindles, converting to 11" car brakes.
