It will happen to everyone on Photobucket. They are just starting with the highest bandwith users first. For some users the cutoff started about 2 weeks ago. But it will happen to everyone over the next month from my research. Not sure what to do at the moment. What's funny is, had they just charged like 25-50 I bet most would pay. But asking for $400 is suicide.
