Seriously though, there is a lot of parts there but you're right it would take a lot of work. I copied the image of that dash tag and did a high contrast on it...still couldn't read anything like a date. I'd guess it's pretty EARLY 30's given that odd old style odometer...but that's just my idea, not based on anything. Stove.bolt MAY have reference pictures to determine what year this is.
It's a good starting point for someone and you're right, the price is right.
