They just won't allow you to insure a heavily modified vehicle in their cheaper "unmodified" category. Insure the vehicle as "street rod/modified', which is what it is, and everyone will be happy. and then say it's in the engine..
It isn't a stretch that a person that puts that much money into an engine for power will tend to use it..
