If that's what you're asking the answer is not too bad. I used 1/4 think steel bars and matched them to the stock seat holes. Then added holes for the new seats.

I used the factor bolts to secure the brackets to the floor and 1/2" bolts to secure the seats to the bracket. Took a weekend but there was no welding involved just a lot of drilling and cutting steel bars. I didn't add a single hole to the Blazer. I will tell you that you may want to add some underside reinforcement to the brackets since now a shoulder belt will be pulling against the floor.
Did you take any pics by any chance? Does the rear fold forward as well as pull out completely? The passenger front seat probably doesn't fold forward though, does it? If not does it slide up enough to get in the back?
