Hey guys, (I know this post is pretty old...) Classic Parts of America sells the switch. They have the part number as 53-633 for they say 81-91 K10 and K20, and 83-91 K30 (53-634). I'm guessing the switch would still work on pre 81 trucks though.

Great! Looks like this switch uses a new weatherpack style connector. The GM switch I bought uses the older style GM56 series blade connectors.

I've determined the shift rails are also different between transfer cases with the switch and without. I haven't located the correct shift rails so I haven't made any further progress.
