I bought a truck that has been put in a ditch on passenger side and twisted and tore the front passenger spring hanger.

IIRC, the front eye mount is right below the radiator core mount. The set I have ('67 - '72) has a mess of holes all over it. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if there were eye mounts for the stock location that would let you run the 47s. I can take a look tomorrow and post back. The B52s are a bulletproof set that belong on a battleship more than a truck.

FWIW, 52s aren't a big deal to install either.
