stub axle? wanted to move in about 3/8" making it difficult to get the snap ring seated, found a bolt with fine threads that would grab it, allowing me to pull out

finished lock out, may send chrome cover out to get replated, only fugley piece of the whole system
Deadhead Minn. seems to have a good source
