It took 2 rolls of each.....I cut them with an abrasive wheel and I made a little block that I could clamp in the vise to hold the spring....
then I just bent them with a few taps of a hammer....
all it takes is a slight bend to prevent them from slipping out of the frame
these are approx ½ x ½ steel bar
