It probably would have been a low 13 or high 12 second truck on motor alone with a stall. But with a stock converter and a 2.25 60ft, it just wasn't happening.
This turbo is definitely small but I payed $150 for the whole rear mount setup after selling the headers that came with it so it'll do for now. It was making almost 500 whp on the firebird in a rear setup so it should be good with what I'm trying to do. If not I'll upgrade later. Good thing about it is it should spoil right off idle so will feel more like a supercharger and with a stock stall that's exactly what I'm looking for. Like I said when I first started this build, I'm not looking for a drag strip monster, I'm looking for a fun daily driver. I'm pretty sure I've got the right combo for that goal.
