Best way is sell your truck and buy one with power windows. The power for the windows runs thru the power controller for the body (windows work for a few minutes after you shut the truck off, or until you open the door). It can be added, but that's a LOT of work. Another option is to install power windows and locks, but wire them to a keyed power source, like an older car. This way they would only work when the key is on.
