Amazon or Evilbay both have them. I bought one recently on Ebay for about $24 and free shipping. Just search for your year's wiper delay module. Should be a bunch out there. Sorry add Pulse to the search or it pulls up old stuff. Its really a pulse delay module, real easy to replace.
