Re: 72 k/20

It's been a while since I've updated but I've got the ole beast running like a champ. New fuel pump, carb rebuild, and full tune up and she screams. I've been driving it around pretty frequently over the last few months and it's a running son of a gun. I replaced the driver side brake caliper and flushed the whole system. It runs and stops pretty nice. I don't believe it's a factory spec 350. From about 5 mph It will burn the rears off all the way thru second
I haven't done much on the body this summer. I've been in the middle of getting a new house finished up and my family will always take precedence over these old trucks. It still needs can corners and rockers finished up but I'm gonna pull it into the shop this winter for a full tear down to the frame, not gonna be a full show quality resto but a nice straight driver. I acquired a hydraulic clutch setup from an 80s truck and I've got some other things in the works.
I'll get a few a few pics up soon.
