I wonder why someone would send money to a seller, with out seeing the vehicle first? Or spending time on the phone with them to ensure, like some long distance truck deals, that they are legit?

If you can't get anyone on the phone, run. Who do think will come out on top when you a have someone that buys a car even 3/4/6 years and a scammer that has been scamming for years and perfecting the scam as it goes along.
