Its like the 4th one down on the left list, Heavy Duty Rear spr.

One the VIN Decoder I found:
4x2, V8, 1/2 ton, 1969, Built in St Luis, and is truck # 85,901. But I dunno what the G at the end of my VIN means though, cant find that info.
