The article shows them removing the stock disc brake spindle.
(Is it a drop spindle since the truck was so low to start with? I don't know)
The second pic shows the first design Modular spindle from CPP.
It also shows the addition bracket that is required to run the stock style D52 brake caliper with the stock diameter rotor.
This bracket is sold at an additional cost.
(CPP's second design Modular spindle eliminates the need for this bracket for stock rotors)
So,... it appears the CPP Modular spindle narrows the track width of a stock disc brake front end,... BUT is it the same as a drum brake front end?
I don't think so.
Get CPP to answer that.
