I was running into clearance problems with my spring over configuration so I ended up changing it over to a spring behind setup. Cut the old brackets off the axle and welded up some new ones. I ended up using the old brackets as lower shock mount brackets so everything worked out pretty good. Here's what i got for the spring relocation project:

Since this was an afterthought the rear crossmember wasn't going to work in the shape it was as it barely contacted the frame anymore:
