At least most of that package was an appearance package from Motortown Corporation that could be added when you ordered your truck from GM. I'm not sure the history behind the Union Jack logo. We haven't seen any documentation on this package before. It shares most of its decals with the "Impact '76" trucks (not to be confused with the Spirit of '76 trucks which were a different deal.). Like the post above says, they also used these decals on the 1975 Official GMC Indy 500 trucks (and replicas sold at dealers) but without the Union Jack logo.
