Sounds like you made up your mind but I will add I think your statement hit it right on the head. I liked the look and didn't like the fact my vent windows didn't seal. I swapped out and they look good. I then added power later and that was probably when I really decided I didnt like them as well as I hoped. I do fight them but they do work ok now.
