The grommet came in the box with my carpet, just had to make the hole and slip it in place.

My switch is a little hard to get to, I have to turn my foot and hit it with the tip of my shoe, but I don't use the high beams much and it's usually never a problem to not be able to switch them on in a major hurry.

If I knew I could've moved it easily, I would probably have done it, but I'm not repulling the carpet or cutting a new hole and trying to patch the other hole now that it's a done deal. Maybe in 5-10 years If I replace the carpet again I will do it then and add some sound deadener too!
