I would agree w/gmc684x4.
Panhard bar is just a side to side locator. It's not going to impact 'body-roll' significantly. A front sway-bar + the rear springs/shocks out-board of the frame (or as close to the frame as possible) will make the biggest impact.
Personally I would remove what's there for a rear Ride Tech 4-bar/coil-over set-up (or similar manufacturer). But, I get minimizing expenses & working w/what's there if possible.
