Re: Know exact measurements for cab mount bolts? Cab cart stuff

I ended up with more or less a combination of carts I've seen. No doubt I made it "bigger" than it needs to be. I tend to make mountains of mole-hills until I've done it once, and can't say I've approached moving a cab. I do like the idea the cab bolts down using the existing cab supports, because this may be transported. You could build one cheaper for sure. 2x3, 2x4, 2x6, 2x8, 4x4, 32 bolts etc. This was not a cheap cart. Now I can pull fenders and doors and GET THE CAB OFF THE FRAME ALREADY.

600LB. casters YIKES!. They were cheaper than the junk 300 lb. casters at Cal Ranch. Only downside is these don't lock. Guess that's what sand bags are for, and no there's no shortage of those thanks to that winter.

The center pad is just cuz. I penciled that in at an 1/8" rise, and remembered why I hadn't thrown the floor mat away, which the foster dog had chewed up. Very cool dog, a Peruvian Orchid Inca.

I'll likely build a platform that bolts onto this cart, so I can lay the cab on it's back. Those will have locking casters, ha!.

At any rate, I welcome any critics. You figure I need diagonal supports? I don't see it, but they're a simple add. Thanks for the help, always appreciated.

I promise the "emblem" has a purpose....HA!
