Yours look aftermarket, but a close-up would help. If the top brace to the door is a flat strap as it appears, they are aftermarket. You can also compare the screw spacing on yours to the picture in my post above. The mirror heads on yours also look questionable. While some factory mirror heads (such as my originals) had the mounting brackets offset vertically from center, most were centered. The stamping on the head stainless may also vary from original. The originals used acorn nuts attached to studs on the elbows. However, the acorn nuts rusted to the studs and could snap off when someone tried to remove or tighten the nuts. Most replacement elbows from later trucks were tapped for bolts.
