I'd say no blue on top of the bed unless you do the traditional color split location. It just looks like too little to make it worthwhile. I'm not sure if I like the hood black or blue...
but I think you're getting closer!
Edit: Maybe come down the side a little more with the blue? Who am I to dictate how you paint YOUR truck? I'm sure it will look good no matter how you decide to paint it.
