If you are only going to use your C20 for road use, and no HEAVY towing I don't see why the 5 lug would be bad. I had my 69' C10 axles plugged and re welded. No issue here!

Yeah, i had a hard time believing i was looking at the matching pair in the guys driveway the day i went and purchased them. As for my 71, it will be nice to have a short wide big block i wont' have to worry about a few road dings and some age lines..
