i've posted no problem before (same size pics) and NOW when i try to size it down in paint the pic is too small to see.

If you're using paint, you can re-size your pictures by doing the following:
click "file" then "open" to select a picture from your computer.
Then click "image" and select " re-size/skew." Change the 100% to 50%. This should work. If not, try 40% and so forth.
