Sounds good to me.The best recipes come from outta left field sometimes.So,who do we hang this recipe on,the Italians or country folk?I guess it would be the rural Italian firemen.Wait...Maco Polo originally brought spaghetti back to Italy from China.So it could be a Chinese-Italian American rural fireman dish.
