'60 C10 rear axle off center

While looking at my restored chassis, which is ready for the body to go on, I noticed the rear axle was off center. I measured it and found it to be 3/4 of an inch to the left, driver's side. You can even see the rear drive shaft is not in line with the front shaft.

The tracking arm is what determines the position of the axle, correct? It is the original tracking arm. I did not notice it when I took it all apart.

Any ideas for correcting it? If I center it with a longer arm, would that make the wheels not be straight? Or, maybe they are not straight now. I'd like to fix it before I put the body on it and finish it.
