Well thought I would give an update on my por-15 that's been in use now for over 2 years. I applied 2 coats to the underside of my wheel tubs. I live on 4 mi of gravel, that's 8 mi every time I drive it. This stuff is holding up real well. Not chipping, flaking, or peeling. And my tires are rock throwing sonsabiches.
While there are some comparable products as mentioned out there, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I would buy this all day long.
I also did inside and out on my cab floor after repairs. Didn't discover this though, till long after my chassis was done. Future project maybe..
