i see all kinds of pick-up seat info out there but not suburban seat info. i don't know if it's a bad idea to swap a folding truck seat into a suburban. my main concern is if it will hold up in a crash since it doesn't have the cab rear wall behind it. the suburban seats are rigid, right?
this may seem silly to some of you.
anyways, i want a bench and I'm swimming in a sea of truck benches but I'm having a hard time locating a good suburban bench. i am betting a 1 ton would have the same seat i want...
i know it sounds dumb but please humor me. new to my GMC.
thanks!
The suburban and truck seats are pretty much identical. The only difference is, the seat is fixed, instead of folding. And the tracks are a little different. I have a couple of suburban seats that I got to restore along with the truck seats I restore.
