That's what I had on my '93 with the green steelies. 225/70's up front & 235/60's in rear. They were 7" wheels as well.

I prefer a wider, 60 series tire. These are 275/60 on 8 inch wheels in the rear and 245/60 on 7 inch front wheels. 4/6 drop.
There's plenty of clearance to drive it any and everywhere without worry and this combo will clear front and rear without any rubs or interference.

good info right there...my concern would've been the 8" wheel up front, but if you can get the same in 7", that sounds great...if it worked for Tx Firefighter, it'll work for you....you can compare his tires to mine as well....just remember I had a 5/8 drop instead of 4/6
