Riverside Machine Shop does good work. The owner looked at head and plugs, and considered symptoms.
Diagnosis is most likely worn oil control ring plus slight head gasket seepage.
Head gasket seepage is not uncommon after many years of thermal cycles.
Not sure if coolant leak affected oil control ring.
