X, Y, Z prefix are mounting positions.
YP suffix is 195/75R16 radial tires
XYP is 195/75R15 Front
YYP is 195/75R15 Rear
ZYP is 195/75R15 Spare
GM was fairly consistent about these RPO codes...
My 2005 2500HD came with LT245/75R16 Load Range E tires on PY0 Aluminum wheels and a steel spare.
