Real quick update. Not a lot to post, spent most of the weekend getting the motor ready to pull. Thought i had everything unhooked and began to yank the motor and lifted to truck off its stands! Went back to look at the front mounts and noticed the plate you see in the pic that was welded to the front x-member. The fun thing is one the nuts is behind the balancer so looks like that will be ground down. I do like the extra access space i'll have when its time to put everything back together. Actually not too miffed about the firewall being butchered up a bit. As you can see by the holes in the second pic i already knew the toeboard and firewall would need to be addressed.
