All depends on the gooseneck. I have hauled gooseneck trailers with trucks much taller than that one. Most goosenecks have adjustable necks that you can raise, or it wouldn't take but an afternoon to cut it off, reposition, and reweld it to make it work. Also you can "flip" the trailer axles, but that also makes the trailer itself higher, resulting in a higher platform to load whatever it is you are hauling, and it is more top heavy. A lot of 5th wheel camper guys will go that route, but I wouldn't feel comfortable with that route on a loaded down gooseneck.
