Not sure about the back. I've never had to change one. When I did my K/20 Highlander 6" lift is when I bought the Braided Stainless "kit" from ORD, which was from Skyjacker. All my other lifts have been 4" with no need for longer hose. I'd just do the relocated bracket sd Sweet K30 mentioned. The rear hose was all wrong in the braided kit and I had one made, IIRC, by Inline Tube. Or maybe it was I used the hose but got a junction block that made the hose work out. The hose had wrong size fitting and was female instead of male. Pretty poor excuse for correct application. Way off. You can have hoses made where they make hydraulic lines. It's not so pricey
