I didn't see this one posted about weird running, I thought I'd share what I learned from Chevytech:

If your TBI engine is acting like a bad fuel pump, or bad filter, almost stalling and then recovering, like it's almost running out of gas... check the little rubber hose in the gas tank, between the fuel pump and the steel fuel line, down in the tank. If it looks old at all, replace it. If it gets a pinhole it can make the truck act strange due to low fuel pressure.
