The things I find that turn me off are mostly body related. I'm not a fan of making them a roadster, shaving door handles, cutting or altering the dash to name a few. The upgrade you have mentioned are just that, upgrades. The bottom line is to enjoy it, you have a 2wd Blazer and most of the rest of us want one so make it yours.
