No offense intended but you've been asking a lot of question's that are 'relatively' easy to find the answers to.

Hydro assist with cross over is the way to go, high steer if you want to get that tie rod out of the way of rocks is good as well.

Do a google search for hydro 'assist' (which will keep you street legal) and you'll have tons of reading ahead if you care to keep surfing.

There's PSC & Howe to name a couple, both have good reps.

This site 'does' offer most of what your looking for but ya gotta dig alittle for it, Pirate will tear you a new one if you log on and ask about basic steering option's without doing your own research.

It'll come, your on the right track...
