Name of the outfit is Flat Out Engineering and I thought they were a Seattle company but the contact info is all LA. I wonder if they have moved recently.

Apparently prices start about $800 and it is called complete. But if you look through the pricing they are selling a number of additional parts that lead me to believe your $800 is just a down payment.

And then the FAQ says they can sell you all the parts hub to hub but since the stuff is readily available most people buy the kit and source their own Corvette parts.

Could the $600 be someone unloading their stuff on craigslist?
