It happens when it's warm too. I know I kept blowing horn fuses when I'd try to put a new one in, they would pop before they were all the way in, but I don't know if its grounding in the column or somewhere else.
Edit: the only thing that I cant remember if it was replaced or not is the fuel pressure regulator, I remember getting one but not changing it.
