Well I may be a little closer. Skymangs suggestion of gates 22433 gets me the perfect bends however the inner diameter of the hose is larger than both my radiator outlet and the thermostat housing. I just need that same shape in a smaller diameter tube maybe by 1/4 to 1/2in. What a pain this process is. Another week with the truck not running :/
