If there is any lip there at all, You just need to figure something to catch it like a big screwdriver or grinding on a punch. No need to worry about damaging anything inside the rotor. The right cold chisel might catch it or cut it /break it. I have knocked out many races in my life but I don't recall ever wearing out an inner wheel bearing on a GM.
