Can't use the 5 lug 71-72 axles in the 1970 and ealier housings. The axles are too long.

Moser makes a 5 lug conversion axle that is the correct length for 1970 and earlier housings. I used a set on my 1969 C10 12-bolt, and I also have 1972 GMC C15 5 lug disc brake stuff up front.
